Payment Policy
For orders above Rs. 10,000, a 25% advance payment is required.
All prices are non-negotiable.
Prices listed on the website are not final and may change due to market fluctuations without prior notice.
The seller reserves the right to modify or cancel any discount offer at any time.
Warranty Policy
Electronics and imported items are covered under check warranty only at the time of delivery, unless otherwise mentioned.
No warranty claim will be accepted after delivery unless clearly stated.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is not as described.
In such cases, the buyer will pay the return shipping charges.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Damaged or used items will not be accepted under any condition.
In case of exchange or return, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
Delivery Policy
A fixed delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to normal orders.
Rs. 500 will be charged for URGENT delivery.
URGENT delivery is available only within Lahore city.
URGENT delivery is not available on Sundays.
If urgent delivery is not completed the same day, only normal delivery charges will apply.
URGENT delivery applies to selected categories only.
Delivery is not available on sun shades.
Heavy & Special Items
For heavier items, extra delivery charges may apply (Rs. 350ā500 or as applicable).
Some heavy products may require cargo delivery service.
Delivery charges may change based on courier company rate increases.
Liability Disclaimer
The seller is not responsible for any damage caused by normal use after delivery.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier or delivery service providers.
The seller does not take responsibility for the usage of flammable items.
